Toronto Politician Proposes Municipal Brothel — June 6, 2011 — This is a long piece inspired by an item in the news about a Toronto politician proposing a municipal brothel. While researching this I found out why regulating prostitution does not benefit most prostitutes or the communities in which they work. It’s kind of serious material, and not a very popular entry, but I had to get it off my chest. Pack a lunch… it’s really long.
If Anthony Weiner Can Send Pictures of His Junk through His Cellphone, I Can Post Pictures of Mine on This Blog! — June 11, 2011 — The body of this silly entry contains fewer words than the title. Check it out… it won’t take you long.
Photographic Memory — June 14, 2011 — Remembering my childhood, my dad, and some thought on how I became interested in photography. It’s my Father’s Day ode to Dad.

The End of an Era — Sept. 20, 2011 — There is a neighbourhood in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada called Port Dalhousie. It has a lot of restaurants and nightclubs which are just a couple of blocks from the shore of Lake Ontario. Many of the businesses there will close this year and condos put up in their place. There are plenty of photos of the area.
